I wasn't sure I was going to like this bracket when I first took it out of the box. It felt like flimsy plastic, and the latch mechanism for the part that goes around the RC didn't seem like it was strong enough to stay closed well.
I needn't have worried. Upon closer inspection, this isn't typical plastic. It feels more like nylon or some other high-strength plastic composite that lends extra strength to the bracket.
And once you put the RC in the bracket, the latch closes nice and tight. It won't come undone. And the tablet holder easily accommodates a 10.5-inch iPad Pro. A nylon neck lanyard also is included.
There are plenty of adjustments available so you can position your tablet exactly to your liking. You do need to make sure to tighten all the hinges well so the weight of the tablet won't cause them to slip. But once you do that, this bracket is very solid and about as well balanced as you could hope for.
The only real drawback: The bracket does make the 5D button on the controller difficult to use. I think I'll be able to fix this by drilling out the bottom corner of the bracket just slightly with a Dremel.
Overall, this tablet holder is lightweight and easy to use.

It does feel a tad bit flexy/flimsy so I've been very careful. But so far no problems at all holding an Asus Zenpad 10. I gave it 5 stars anyway because of the smart and precise design.
The "top-heaviness" some have described depends mostly on the angle that the controller is held. I have the mount adjusted so that the controller screen and the tablet are pretty much perpendicular to the ground. That way I can look directly at either screen. It probably doesn't feel nearly as top-heavy to me, as it would for some One that held it with a tablet nearly parallel to the ground. But that would be a suboptimal viewing angle for an LCD anyway.
Overall it's exactly what I wanted, to efficiently mount the 10" tablet onto the Mavic controller.
Pro tip: Use your thumbs and pointer fingers to hold the joysticks for more precision control of your aircraft.

Qualitativ hochwertig !
Only issue I had was that, although my tablet was 7inches big across the diagonal of the screen, that was not the case when looking at the horizontal dimensions across the screen which was under 4 inches wide and therefore did not fit the tablet holder. I was still able to use the holder as I had a clip I use in the car for GPS which also attached via ball socket but is not ideal.
